It should have following features :-

Admin side: -

- Manage users

- Manage videos

- Manage images

- Manage files in manage videos/image/files admin can moderate these and can delete as well Front site

User :-

- signup/registration

- my images and video / files section

- my profile section there user can add his paypal id to get donation

- guest user can downlad the images and videos

- search images and videos on tags basis

- listing of videos and images with paging
