Hello,
We are looking to hire a FULL TIME PHP / JQuery developer to join our team. The developer that will be chosen for this job must be an absolute expert in both PHP and JQuery, and posses a can-do, no-job-is-too-difficult attitude towards any project. Here are the main requirements we are looking for:
Complete expertese in:
PHP
JQuery
MySQL
CSS
In addition, the person must meet the following criteria:
Knowledge about how email marketing works (How clicks and open rates are tracked, list building, Segmenting, email sending, etc...)
Able to work with Amazon Web Services (S3, EC2 and RDS databases)
Speaks good english / able to communicate via Skype, Email and Skype voice chat
Able to work from 9-6, six days a week (Los Angeles Time).
Some additional criteria. This one is NOT REQUIRED, but it's a plus:
MTA knowledge (Postfix, PowerMTA, etc...), including installation, configuration and integration
Eye for design with UI/UX proficiency
The Project:
We are currently developing a SaaS based email marketing platform, very similar to AWeber and Mail Chimp. Users create an account, upload their email lists, create email template and send it out to there email list. All campaign activities such as clicks, opens, sales, etc... will be tracked. The system is about 80% complete. The developer we are looking to hire will help us complete the system. Once system is complete, the developer will be in charge of maintaining and growing the system with new features, more API integrations (to work with other systems), improvements, etc... This is a FULL TIME JOB with the possibility of the right candidate to have a solid and secure job for many years. There will also be room for growth, along with yearly salary increases and bonuses.
