Micro Mintage Silver - eBay Listing/Store Templates

I'm looking for a custom eBay listing and store template. My typical shopper is conservative, middle aged or older, crazy loyal to the brand of products that I carry, and they generally have a large amount of disposable income. All my competition just has a few lines of text in their listings. I want something professional looking that's clean, easy to navigate, simple - yet it has to stand out from just another boring listing and store. The listing template would need a category list that is easy to navigate. I haven't been able to find a cookie cutter template that would work for the kind of items I carry - these are very specific items that don't really fit stock photos. If stock like photos are used, the photos would need to have something to do with the brand I carry. The items I carry are silver bullion rounds - generally the more premium type items that cost more than just the cheapest out there. Generic coin images just don't fit. The brand I carry is called Silver Shield - if you want to do a search to get an idea. Silver Shield has a ton of stock images to work with. Budget $200-$400? I would need a little guidance on what price levels would generate what amount of work.
