We need a web- base Callshop billing Solution for my website that can cater for ilimited Callshops open source (Startshop or better) or proprietary with the following functionality:
-Simple and User friendly interface
-Web based Callshop Solution
-Support multiple SIP Termination Account
-Create Reseller Accounts (Optional)
-Create Multiple Callshops
-Support Multiple tariff
-Multiple currencies
-Realtime billing
-Multi language interface (e.g. Spanish, English)
-Import, Export & Edit Rates for individual Callshop
-Prepaid or postpaid billing for booth/Callshop or reseller
-Booth lock/unlock
-Assign Grace period for Callshop (Don't bill calls shorter than specified Duration)
-Manually force hangup of calls which are in progress
-Individual invoice printing for each callshop
-Search rate per destination or prefix in booth interface
-CDR per booth/callshop/destination/time period
-Display Profit
-Create Operator or Administrator

Para poder hacer un buen desarrollo usaremos Laravel, Symphony o Codeigniter, un framework que si bien hay que hacer algunas cosas de más que en un CMS, por ejemplo no tendríamos que invertir tiempo con este framework iríamos mucho más directo en muchas funcionalidades que para un CMS se necesita más tiempo ya que es un sistema muy específico, sobre todo el tema de los perfiles diferentes.
