Need Updates Done To PHP Server Now

I am looking to do updates to my site right now. If you are qualified this will be long term project.
I oversee a website and am looking to hire an additional experienced developer to do ongoing updates to the functionality of my CMS site. We will be updating website functions and editing emails that are generated from the site etc. We will work on many updates from simple text changes to complex php code changes.
Requirements:
- You MUST have TeamViewer. During our daily updates I will have access to your screen to help with updates and provide guidance.
-You must be a PHP expert
-You must have wordpress experience
-We work for approx 4-5 hours a day (5 days a week)
