Program for Zebra Address Label Printing from Excel/CSV Database

We want to develop a program that can lookup and print both large and small labels on Zebra printers (Printer 1 will hold large labels and Printer 2 will hold small labels)
The addresses will be read from a CSV/Excel File on a USB that we will frequently update with new customer details and addresses.
We would like this program to be very simple and similar to our attached examples and guidelines.
The user will access this program via a shortcut on the desktop and the program will begin immediately.
Clear Sidenotes are required in English throughout the code to allow easy interpretation and reading for future modifications - Very Important.

Program Steps:
Step 1 (Search):
1.1 Enter Account Number and Press Enter
Or
1.2 Enter Part of the Customers Name or Address and query (Click “?”) to find the correct account name and address (scroll down the suggested customers names and addresses from the suggested list). Once the user has scrolled and found the correct customer account then click the account or press enter and the next screen will appear.
Step 2 (confirm the account name and address):
The Account Number, Name and Address will appear on the page.
(This information will be read from an excel customer listing in a file on the computer. See example of file attached)
If correct the user can click “Confirm” (or Enter) or if not correct the user can click “Return” which will bring them back to Step1.
Step 3 (Label Quantity Page & Label Size)
Here the user will enter the amount of labels required.
The user will then need to select what label size they require (large label or small label).
If they select the “Large Label” it will then print the large label layout on the Zebra printer 1. (see large label layout image)
If they select the “Small Label” it will then print the small label layout on the Zebra printer 2 (see small label layout image)
The Small label will be the default selection.
Step 4 (Return to main page)
After clicking “print” in step 3, the page will pause for 3 seconds and then return to New/Clear Step 1 while the labels are printing.
The user will then be enter the next account number..etc and proceed to printing the next customers labels.
