Set Nginx rules, configure DNS record for multiple domain URL shortener - 28/04/2018 00:10 EDT

I have an URL shortener PHP script, which is developed to use (selectable) multiple domain names in the shortened link.

Looking for help to configure on the right way the DNS records + Nginx rules + Let's Encrypt SSL certificate usage.

Need to do ASAP, budget low!
