Set up wordpress multiple shipping options

Basically i have a shop that sells prints in various sizes, but i need to set up some multiple shipping options for standard and express delivery. For example the prints range from 5x8 to 24x20, so for the 5x8 - 12x16 prints the standard shipping wouldbe 5.00 and express delivery would be 7.50. The 24x20 and below prints would be 7.50 for standard and 10.00 for express delivery. If the customer had a 5x8 print in their basket i wouldn't want the shipping options for the larger prints to display and vica versa. I'm just not sure how to set this up and can't seem to find any plugins that do the trick so thought i'd ask on here. The website is for a client so i'd need it to be simple for him to apply the shipping options to any new products he adds in the future. I need this completed by tuesday 25th at the latest.
