Shopping Cart Implementation with Current Website

Dear GAFers,
My client has a website that is selling ladies products with static html and nopcart(a client side free shopping cart).
Client's website has problems like:
- customer cannot pay online
- admin cannot easily update products
- admin cannot do inventory management
- admin cannot do customer management, email newsletter, etc
- admin cannot do sales management like print out "what is sales for the month", etc

IMPORTANT NOTE: Client has a current website already in place and he wants to RETAIN the look and feel of the Front End,
so you cannot just do a simple fresh install of oscommerce and expect it to meet his requirements.

Here are the requirements:
(A) Customer Management Section must be able to collect:
Fields required : (* Compulsory Fields)
1) *Last Name
2) *First Name
3) *Address
4) *Postal Code
5) City
6) State
7) *Country
8) *Contact No.
9) *Email Address
10) Date of Birth (dd/mm/yy)
11) Occupation (drop down list??)
12) How did you get to know about our website? (check boxes)
13) If (12) = Others, please elaborate (comment box)
14) Comments / Special Shipping Instructions
- All fields to be included in shopping cart
- Similar fields in Mailing List Page
- Option to make changes to each field in database
- Generate Reports – Export to Excel
Additional Fields for Shopping Cart
1) Payment Method (radio button)
- Cash on Delivery
- Credit Card payment via Paypal
- Cheque
- Funds Transfer via Internet
2) Delivery Method (Drop-down box)
- Collection Point (A)
- Collection Point (B)

- Home Delivery (foc if orders > $100)

(B) Inventory Management must allow admin to update:
1) Name of Product
2) Brand
3) Main Image
4) Secondary Image
5) Bag Description
6) Item Code
7) Dimensions Height
8) Dimensions Length
9) Dimensions Width
10) Price $
11) Color
12) Quantity In Stock
- Reduce “Quantity in Stock” by ordered quantity once order confirmed
- If “Quantity in Stock” = 0, then in shopping cart, Quantity = Out of Stock
- Additional Column in Shopping Cart : Make Reservation (Check Box = Yes, No). If Yes, then Quantity to be Reserved
- Generate Report – Export to Excel
- Administrator Options
a) Upload JPG Images for Main and Secondary images
b) Change Items 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11

(C) Sales/Accounting Management Section must be able to show:
1) Total No. of Bags Sold
2) Total Sales (from each payment method)
3) Grand Total Sales
- Breakdown of monthly sale items
- Generate Report – Export to Excel

(D) Simple CMS
Website has 10 html pages, made up of
- 1 homepage
- 5 misc pages
- 3-4 product pages (will be updated by admin via shopping cart)
There is a need for the admin to edit the text portions of the homepage + the 5 misc pages frequently so you could put the portions to be updated into to be updated text info so admin can update it from his control panel.

(E) Payment module
-We are located outside US, so our default currency will be non-US
-If customer chooses to pay via credit card via Paypal, then it should bring them to another page where their Total order will be converted to USD (as Paypal only accepts this), then should bring them to Paypal checkout page where they can either key in credit card no. directly or register to be Paypal member.
-Hence admin must be able to adjust the currency (or exchange rate of our local currency vs the USD)
-email address to be used for Paypal will be provided for.

Other requirements:
- ability to print invoice, shipping slip
- statistics tracking/monitoring for admin to know where visitors come from, pages visited, no. of new visitors, navigation paths, search engines, etc
- ability for admin to email customer base, email newsletter to customer base
- ability for admin to add in customer base manually
- tell a friend about this website facility

Based on your experience, there might me some other requirements or added functionalities which may benefit us to have included. Please do help to add these in for us as well.
