Simple Screen Reading Software used in determiting strenght of a horse race

Please read description of the project before you make a bid. My budget is around 80 Euro and shouldnt take many hours to complete for a skilled person.

Simple screen reading software for evaluation of "strenght of competition" in a particular race.

Im looking for a simple application that can read numbers of the screen of a horse race ie it reads the browser (example of a race: [url removed, login to view] ), then the program should add these number together and then divide the sum obtained with number of posts so that an average is obtained. See image for further instructions. The image is an actual browser pic from the website the program will be run at.(sorry for quality prscr doesnt work at this computor)

I need the software to read 5 different posts on each horse(see picture) competing but NOT compare these posts in between competing horses in the race just add the numbers together and present them so that I can copy-paste them into another program I use to analyse the races.

Example of a race with 3 numbers(of the 7) I want added together and divided and presented just to give you an idea of what im looking for

Horse name %of races won points money won/race

Horse 1 30 1000 10 000

Horse 2 35 1200 14 000

Horse 3 40 1400 12 000

The numbers presented should be the average ie:

35/1200/12000

These numbers(however its 5 in total not 3) I should be able to copy paste into another program. After a new race is visible in the browser a new mathematic calculation should be done immidiatly.

No storage of the numbers needed just real time mode. I currently copy-paste the numbers into an excel file which does the calculations and then I copy-paste the result into a program. I want to save work by getting a software that can do the math and give me the 5 numbers fast.

Im not interrested to hire a freelancer for +80 Euro since that is my top budget...this is a job that you if you have the right qualifications should be able to complete in a couple of hours its a simple scrapper that will work in real time ie no SQL etc needed and that will calucale 5 different parameters by adding together numbers then divide the sum with number of horses in the race and presenting them as shown in the pic...no fancy design etc needed...so please dont bid if you cannot give me a good price...Tips: I obviously rather hire a person for 50 Euro than 80.
