Some adjustements in product view and correcting Checkout of a Magento Script

I have a Magento Script from Apptha (Airhotels) for listing an booking properties (hotels). First task concerns product (property) view: like the existing attribute (multiple choice results) 'amenity' (see [login to view URL])I need the same for the attributes 'facilities', 'facilities_general', 'services' and 'cost_free'. You only need to customize the corresponding design code in [login to view URL] for the attributes mentioned.
Second task concerns the checkout: 1. Please change the default value for the sidebar booking box from maximal guests to '2' guests (see [login to view URL])
2. Please insert space between currency symbol and price and ",-" after price (see [login to view URL])
3. Values for 'arrival date', 'departure date', 'duration of stay' and 'number of people' are not transferred into the next step (onestepcheckout) - see Screenshot.4.jpg. Please search for cause and correct it.
