Trello API print labels, move labels, add labels via email

Hey,

I want to digitalize my to do list using trello without skipping the offline kanban cards.

The software can run on a centos server with hamachi (needs to be installed) and print the dymo labels on a network connected printer of this centos server.

What should be done:

1) add tasks to list via email. I have an e-mail account for every list (e.g. sprint(at)[url removed, login to view]) and when I send an email it should add the task (which is in the subject of the email) to the correct list.

Also it should be able to use this syntax e.g. subject: 1 (3) call Ben @marc ^13.1. #work

So it should add a task “1 (3) call Ben” with subscriber/member marc, due date January 13th 2015 and label work.

2) the first time a card is in any of these lists: sprint, waiting, bugs, today marc, today desi it should be printed on the dymo printer. (e.g. if i create a new card in waiting it should print it. If I move a card from sprint upcoming to sprint it should print it. If I move a card from bugs to today it should NOT be printed. This is also valid if not I move a card, but is moved via API)

Depending on who is subscribed to a task print it on different printer (can be hardcoded for now). If two or more people are subscribed, print on all printers once. (e.g. 1+2 have the same printer assigned, only print it once, but if 1+2 have 2 different printers, print it on both printers once (so total = 2).

The cards in due date should be printed the day they are due.

I can also supply you with a XML of the label as well as for testing purposes I have a dymo on which you can print using Hamachi.

3) QR Code: the QR Code on the left should move a card from the list it is in, to the list work in progress. If scanned again it should put the card back to the list it was in before. It should track the time when a card is in work in progress and save it in a database (for statistics; will be implemented later)

If the QR code on the right is scanned, it should put the card in done and remove the subscribers/members from it.

4) it should track when a card is added, how long it is in work in progress , when it is moved to done, its priority and time estimate (e.g task: 1 (3) Create a superflux compensator – here 1 is priority, 3 is time estimate) and store the subcribers/members (no matter if the card was added via email or web, moved via web or QR code) in a database for statistics that will be implemented later on.

5) Move cards with due date today in today of the subscriber automatically

In a later project there will be added a webinterface to change settings (e.g. printer, lists to print, statistics, etc.) so it should be programmed with this in mind – also when this task is finished well with you, you can do the additional things too which are ca 50% of the whole project.
