I am looking for some tool, piece of code, software,.... able to overlay text/images live stream on real time. So, live stream is running, I want write something, put some image over, ....(without stop stream) it will be able to be displayed on output. Maybe you know if some libraries like ffmpeg, vlc, or some other is able to do that.
NOTE: No fake bid, no copy paste offer like indians like to do, talking about 100 wordpress or joomla sites. Read and be clear what is requested on this project. Nothing of that is required here.

This software already exists. ProPresenter is a great one if you are willing to spend the money. If you are looking for something free, you can try OBS Studio. Those are both better than anything someone on here will Más
I have experience in working with streaming programs and need so pocket money so this can suit the both of us.I am using free software so you don't need to worry about paying for any program.
