Web site, Web based design to run on Mobile and Computers, build database and logical query for generating required reports

Need to create Web site, Web based application to run on mobile and computers, build database and table for data on our server, link with web-based application and tally.

Database which can be connected to tally and web-based application: which can scan barcode or Qr code and collect physical stock - from different user at a time in different location, brief idea provided below.

Purchase person can work on reorders linked to closing stock or reorder report from tally directly,

compare prices with last price from same vendore, with other vendore's quote and decide order based on criteria of price, availability.

Points for Purchase -

Need to capture, store and update following data

Item Name, Vendore part Number, vendores linked to items in priority, last 2rates vendore wise with date of quote. qty need to buy, qty available vendore wise from latest quote. Qty decided to order based one criterias.

Maximum permisible rate. Etc

Need to receive tally generated report for processing purchase, from that float inqueries or orders( some vendore doesn’t change price frequently so we can send order directly jumping inquery step)directly to vendore.

Processing quotations from vendores - receive quotation and import necessory data from quote for Analysis.

1. Check quoted rates with last quote and report only those items having any changes.

2. Compare all quote for same items from different vendores - pruce and available qty and decide based on first pruce, second availability and third maximum permissible rate and decide order vendore wise compiling all items for same vendore related.

Update data for future process. - from tally if any changes in item master and rates from vendore recent quotes.

Points for Stock Inventory Control:

Application on mobile and Service on server as described below.

Application will have 2screens only

Once user open the application, user must login with user and password, which must be verified with server database.

User must be able to change password.

When user login, application must talk to server and update data.

Data & fields required-

Single connected to rest data- User Name, Method( Catagory wise, Complete, Random as per list received), Date & Time of start & end task, location, Catagory.

Multiple - Part number/barcode/QRcode, Part name, qty, scanned/manually.

Extra items, Remark- incase item in physical stock is not in list, can be written in Extra or Remark.

There should be button to end task to initiate report.

After login, entering Method, location, Catagory - he should be able to scan barcode/ qrcode and app will validate item from database. User can be able to enter item manually which will be selected from drawn down list derived from catagory and letters he is typing.

After selecting item he will enter physical qty in qty field. - app window shows and allow to enter item and qty one at a time. Once user end task, all data will go to server to initiate report.

In server one service need to receive request send by app, get data & qty as required and send report through email.

Random - Application will prepare daily Xnos Random item list for admin decided Users and force user to complete task daily basis.

Report - Report will mention in title Date & Time of start and end, User name, Location and Catagory if Method is catagory wise, if Complete stock will mention Complete stock. And Random if it is as per assigned be application.

During difference calculations it will use all item as per catagory/ Complete stock/Random list send and provide list down only item with difference and remarks with field/ column Qty in physical stock, Qty as per Tally and difference, Remarks. Report will be also show items found extra, which are not in list and also items not checked by user eventhough it's in list.

There is schedule running to complete catagories to finish twice in month.

One random checking going from authorised person for atleast 50/100items at a time.
