website that can retrieve transaction information from debit card

I have a website where users connect their debit card (mastercard or visa card) on my website.
I want to track the transaction history of each user.
For example, i want to show the user wherever he used his money from his debit card. Like if user purchased a pair of shoes from amazon for 70$ and purchased jacket from ebay for 90$, i will show him that he has spent total of 160$ out of which 70 were spent at amazon and 90 were spent at ebay.
Users are ready to provide me every type of consent to access his transaction history from his bank.
