Write some Software

looking to develop in .net CRM system, it will be host on 365 or similar, web base solution

Can you / develop if I will provide you requirements ?

The front will be website, the back end will be CRM

Also we will use share point for customers files

Basically what I am looking for is a CRM, I develop a software in PHP but it is ok for 1 customer.

What it do is; client call a number and get customer rep ( personal injury law firm), they collect customer info, then send him from the software a form to fill up.

The client print or he can fill it online and print to sign on it.

He can scan and email, fax and it will be scan, or delivered to the rep and he will scan it.

Once the sign up the client on the system (CRM) we will have all client details.

It will open a folder for this client on the SharePoint ( automatically ) and the file that will be scan will be uploaded to the client folder.

Then the owner get email for new customer, he will assign a lawyer from his office or outsource ( all the lawyers info will be in the CRM system the customer will input the data), the lawyer will need to meet the client and fill up form to be sign, scan and upload to the client folder.

At any time the client can see and print files in his folder but cannot modify or delete, the lawyer can upload , add files but cannot delete

. Only the owner can delete files.

Then the lawyer will send the client to doctors ( again the rep will input data to CRM ) then all the exams, X-ray ... Will be upload to the client folder ( under the client folder we will have sub folders that we creat such as documents, Doctor , lawyer .....)

If the lawyer doesn't meet the customer after period of time the the owner decide ( example 1 month) then the lawyer get email that he need to approve or disapprove that he met the client, he will get email ( example ) once a week, then once a day then every hour....

The owner will get reports / generate reports such as outstanding clients that lawyers / doctors did not met, he will get it automatically to his email ( again he decide how often), with Colors such as green for ok, orange for waiting a period of time ( the owner decide example 2 month) then red when they forgot contacting the client for long time.

This is some of the description, let me know if you think you can design something like that.

This software will be web base access, it will be for as many as law firms as I ( admin ) decide , one law firm cannot see other law firm info.

Each user/ client/ customer/ rep/ Doctor / lawyer .... Will access with his email and will see his info / clients only.

Each owner of law firm will see all the clients that are under his company only so owner can control only his data base and cannot see or access other law firm owner data

so each customer will have is own folder with sub folders, in each there will be; images, pdf, word documents.......

the owner of the "company" (dont forget they will be many companies and many owners, but owner of company A can see only info for company A he cannot see info from company B)

he can search by name of the client, first/ last name, date, can generate reports....

currently the software is php, now i am looking to move to .net ( that i am not familiar) it must be secure, each company cannot see other company info, access will get them to their company only.

each client will have is own folder (where will it be stored ?) and sub folders

they can upload files.
