Plan and design a product/prototype (silicone/rubber mat)

I need an experienced product designer to help review and re-design my product

I have a very basic prototype made for my product. It is a silicone/rubber mat and people who have experience with textiles would help me the most. I need to get an upgraded product designed, and speak to someone about potential measurement/sizes.. and also material alternatives.

Also, UK and US designers will be preferred as it is much easier to comment on my product and discuss it with someone who understands the functionality of it
