Please see the attached 3D image. Looking to create a very similar image (including furniture) with some minor changes.
Sample required of quality of 3D image your software creates before awarding project
1. Image needs to be like real (not cartoon)
2. same floor plan but larger living room and sliding glass doors need to be replaced with a wall
3. Remove staircase to allow for larger entryway
4. light colored hardwood floors
5. Living room Television should be removed and replaced with a flat screen where picture is
6. In bedroom remove closet place flat screen TV on back wall
once project is complete will pay hourly for additional changes that will be necessary.
