Beginners to evaluate a Startup Checklist

We are developing a comprehensive Online Business Startup Checklist and we need an evaluation from potential users (Find the Checklist attached).
We are going to award this project to up to 3 freelances with different profiles/backgrounds and each will get $20. If you think that is not enough fill free to ask for more in you bid. We would accept lower bids too.
Who can bid for this project:
- new freelancers with no experience who might consider starting own business online
- experienced freelancers who don’t have own web businesses at this moment.
- serial wannabe (not yet successful) online entrepreneurs who find our Checklist unique and useful
Who this project is NOT FOR:
- experienced online marketers
- consultants
- successful owners of web/online businesses
Evaluation of the Checklist should include:
- Evaluate only 3 Steps – the first 9 pages of 21 in total.
- Understandability/Readability (Language used, terminology, does it make since)
- Usability (Do you find it useful, why and why not)
- Comprehensiveness (Does it have enough check points or too much)
- Convenience
- Links (are they useful and placed at the right place, do we need more)
- Advantages and disadvantages
- Point out strong points, weak points and suggest changes and improvements.
- The evaluation you deliver should be from 5 to 10 pages long
(Disregard spelling and grammatical errors since the Checklist will be proof red)
In the bid include:
- Why do you think you are the one that should do this evaluation
- Give us a single example of what you like or dislike in the checklist and why.
