Nature of our business: recruitment agency.
We need to find a tool to keep job applicants (users) better updated of the status of their applications. We need your help to search and test available solutions in order to see if any of them match our requirements.
Minimum required features:
1. Visually present user with future steps of his application (visual timeline).
2. Timelines must be adjustable, we should be able to create different timelines for different job orders. User will only need to use one of them.
3. Tell user what he must do, prepare or submit on each step of his application.
4. Would be able to send reminders and notices to the user.
5. Must be in the cloud.
Other desired features:
1. Can feed names and user data from applications done on our website.
2. Capable of sending sms reminders to the client.
3. Can be integrated with our website applicant area (Wordpress).
4. Capable of collecting documents scans from user.
Implementation of the tool may become our next project.
