Project manager and administrator

I need personal assistant, researcher and advisor on local markets.
You will manage my project from the very beginning.
I am starting a logistics and trading project and you will help me organize the background for it.
Your duties will be:
- United States local market research;
- contacting and communicating with my existing customers;
- gathering information on online payment systems;
- other administrative tasks.
from 10 to 15 hours a week, hourly rate or fixed price, 2-6 months duration.
