What does a Digital Media Coordinator do?
As a Digital Media Coordinator, you will work with the Marketing Manager to develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
• Execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Research audience preferences, identify trends and insights
• Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
• Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adaption where appropriate
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator
• Expertise in multiple social media platforms
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
• Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
• Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
• Excellent communication skills
• Multitasking and analytical skills
