T-shirt design for website

I need a t-shirt design facility to put into my existing website. This needs to be very simple. I want this to be very similar to the "design your own trainers" system on nikes website but with tshirts. This must be easy to put into a website. I also require instructions on how to put this into my website, I am currently using a WYSIWYG website maker and so if I can put this system into this page that would be preferable.

Must have the option to add your own text, drag and drop shapes, add images etc.

Please let me know EXACTLY what you can provide and how much it will cost. Also details on how I would put this into my site.
