A Recruitment Project for an Instagram influencer network

The PP Network is a company that strives to connect influencers on Instagram, help them interact with each other, promote each other's profiles and through that grow their accounts. We are also providing all of our members with information on the recent Instagram changes and social media knowledge in general through lectures, presentations and our social media book. Our goals in the long-term are to promote brands through our members, allowing them to monetize their accounts and grow at the same time.
The position of a recruiter in the network is a crucial one as we need someone who can explain all the benefits of our service and attract 10 new members. You will be provided with all the necessary information about the network as well as different techniques to close the deals and recruit new members successfully. Your focus for recruitment will be motivational pages as well as influencers. You will be sending us a small report with your work as well as pictures of some of the conversations you had at the end of each day. The recruitment can happen through several ways - Instagram personal messages, e-mails, advertisement or just reaching out to people you worked with before (if you have previous experience with influencers). However, a good starting point is finding the profiles on Instagram and sending them a message there and continuing the discussion on Telegram after that as the network is based on the platform of Telegram.
You will be paid 300$ to finish the project and up to 150$ later - depending on how many of the people you recruited remain with us for the first 3 months. The project will be completed once you recruit 10 members for the network which is when you will be paid the first 300$.
