Accounting software package

hi, we require an accounting software with all basic functions we have in managing the books. with following including features:

1. Inventory Management

2. Cheque printing (must b able to print automated cheques with a click, means a cheque book paper will b loaded and our system will print receiver's name and amount, with a click)

3. Editable VAT and taxes with feature to pick the values from govt portal or an online database like mysql db.

4. Billing, printing n other things u suggest.
