APT ADSL2 Line Service Availability Using SOAP Client Environment

NOTE: This is a highly specific project please do not bid if you don't know SOAP or WSDL

=Summary =

We have a website that sells ADSL2+ services. We want customers to enter their phone number in to see if they qualify for ADSL services. We would like the script / software to check using AAPT FrontierLink. The documentation for this is attached. Please read sections all of section 2, 5.1 & 5.1.8.4 for more details on how this works.

=What Is Involved=

 XML 1.0

 SOAP 1.1

 HTTP 1.0 (1.1 preferred)

 SSL based connection authenticated via [url removed, login to view] Digital Certificates

 WSDL1.1 - (A Web Services toolkit supporting WSDL 1.1 is recommended to aid your development.)
