calculating rotation and translation matrix for multi sensor fusion

I used multi sensor to collect 3D point cloud and images.
I have 'xml' file including intrinsic and extrinsic parameters about the relation of the sensors.
The camera is mounted on the sensor for collecting 3D point cloud and rotated horizontally and vertically to collected images in 360 degrees.
I wrote a Matlab code for project the 3D point cloud onto 2D plane in pixel coordinate.
But, the views of the projected image and the original image are slightly different.
I think I missed something in the process of calculating and applying rotation and translation matrices. You can see my results in sample images.
I want to get projected 2D image from 3D point cloud which has perfectly same view with the image.
