Modelling soft body deformation

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using Java.
The project basically shows deformation of an object subject to external load. The deformation is calculated based on the finite element method.
First, calculations are made on all nodes inside the subject model.
Second, I want to reduced the calculation by applying localisation method so that only some nodes will involve in calculations.
Outcomes:
- Image of the deformation with colour contour
- Image of the localised region
- Computational time
- Load and displacement data
