Modify Excel Macros/Visual Basic calculations sheet

We have an Excel Sheet which we use for calculating things.
We need added in/modified:
- When we press calculate the lines that it calculates out are numbered.
- A reset button that resets four values. 50,50,65,16
This next one is not as straight forward and is a little tricky.
The current line values that it produces is like this.

We need the ability to punch in 2,2,2 into a cell on the sheet, which then when the macro is working out the line calculations it adds on another column and calculates an extra value which is just dividing a cell by two before adding the cell on. (minor modification to the current calculation)
