Create Amazon EC2 cluster

I am new to the amazon EC2 service. I have a very heavy program that I want to take advantage of using their GPU processing. I have create a single instance, tested my software and everything worked well.

What I need help with is scaling that process to MORE of these instances (i want to try 5-8)

Also I wanted to know how possible it is to upload my own image (iso flavor of linux)

The work will require you to be remoted through my computer using TeamViewer (free) since this is a personal project so that I can log on and allow you to work using my credentials.

I am VERY flexible with when we can get together and knock this out.
