Setup Xen (and networking) on fresh apt based system

I will load a fresh server with apt based os (Ubuntu/Debian/etc).
You will install Xen (not XenServer) to be used for HVM guests, configure networking, setup Dom0, provide Guest images for a minimal Centos6_64 and minimal Ubuntu12.04LTS_64, create two config files for two guests (to my spec), create the guests and ensure they start on server boot and connect to the network (both interfaces, public and private)
To mark this complete and pay out funds:
1) Two containers mentioned above must be able to connect to the internet
2) must have public and private ip addresse
3) Must use SoftLayers dns resolvers (they are 10.x.x.x not public)
4) Must restart on server power up
5) Must use HVM
6) Must b stored on LVM (will already be configured)
and YOU MUST provide ALL BASH history and config file edits.
A bonus would be to document the whole process in a how-to style for our company records.
The admin who achieves this all in a timely fashion without price gouging me (this is not time sensitive) will be awarded ALL future networking/xen work (there could be lots, we have nearly 2000 vps's to migrate to xen for vz, virtuozzo, kvm, etc...) and likely be looked at next time we hire contract staff.
