Animated Music Video - "Take a Bath"

Hey everyone. I'm in the market for an animator/illustrator to make a music video for a song called "Take a Bath" from my band's upcoming album. I'm actually at a blank slate as far as ideas for this... I can probably come up with something for a storyboard, but I'd also like to consider working with someone who might have some input and a creative direction to go with it. I've attached an MP3 file with a little bit of the song, so you can get an idea.
We are a kids/family band, but also very tongue-in-cheek, so I'm not looking for a very cutesy style of animation/illustration. It doesn't need to be complex, either. A simple illustrated style is probably better, anyway. But what I'm trying to say is this is not meant for babies or toddlers. The broader the appeal with your visual style, the better.
If you are interested, please please please direct me to a link(s) of something you have animated that I can watch. I need to see your animation and illustration work to be able to consider you for this, and the easier I can find that, the better.

I should have noted that the full song is 3 minutes long.
Also, I'm probably leaning towards 2D animation for this, but will certainly consider 3D as well, if it's in the price range and the style is cool.
Also also... I have a somewhat flexible timeframe for this. I don't really need the video finished until the spring, let's say March. Of course, sooner is better. But if that might affect your bid, then please take that into consideration.

Also, I should note that I am not looking for text videos, explainer videos, whiteboard videos, etc. Please show me something with characters, otherwise I won't be interested.
