Animation for a teaser trailer

I'm looking for someone to help with making a teaser trailer(no more than 30sec). It is of a doll waking up and looking around until he notices the camera. After he picks up the camera he looks at it than smiles and winks. I will provide the picture of the doll. I will also provide storyboard if needed.
