Create an Animation Series

We have started new comic series and like to find a good team! maybe will offer full time jobs later to this!

This is a start of new comic series.
We like to to hire someone that will show us how to start a Manga like series
Will start with a Manga series, then into Anime Ex : Hunter X Hunter or Naruto.

Show us only samples of Manga or Comic like Hunter X Hunter, if you have any work done like it please submit it.
