Create an Animation for our simple medical device

We want to showcase our medical product in a 3D video animation. The video will likely need to be around 45 seconds in length, and similar in nature the the animated parts of these videos ([login to view URL], go to the 22 second mark) and ([login to view URL], go to the 23 second mark). We don't need the person talking the background, or anything else form these videos with the hospital etc, just look at the animated parts of these videos to get an idea of what we are looking for. Ours is of a similar type of device, but different.
-We want to show it break apart from the needleless connector that is attached to the IV in the person's hand (see attached file). The Baxter "One-Link" file is an example of a needleless connector.
-We want to show it reconnect as well.
-We want to show some internal movement of parts AND some blood or liquid flowing through it.
-We want to show the device from multiple angels and show it connected to a patient's hand and an IV bag at some point in the video (not the whole video).
We have already had an engineer work up the 3D CAD version of our device, we just need to take that and make an animated video showing how it works. I can provide .stp files or other types of files, please just let me know what you need. Right now I've attached a PDF of our device, it is entitled "Proximal View Engagement". The other attachments are more or less to show you how the device works, what it is hooked up to, etc.
Please include samples of previous similar animation work, especially with a medical tone. Any basic quote entries will not be considered, please actually write a response telling us your capabilities.
