Design a jig for leak testing cast metal parts

Purpose: To design a jig for air pressure testing cast metal parts for porosity/leaks, and provide a CAD model and drawings for its manufacture.
Requirements:
The jig needs to have a simple/practical design that is easy to manufacture.
It needs to be quick and easy to load /unload the parts that are to be tested.
Needs to be made from a material that is readily available and easy to work with.
The jig must not corrode with water (the parts need to be submerged in water)
Needs to be strong enough to be safe - air test pressure is 700kPa
The jig must be light and easy to handle (each part gets submerged during testing)
Easily adaptable for other similar design parts in the future
Suggestions/Comments:
Aluminium and plastic are good materials to work with and they don't corrode
Nuts, bolts, and pins if any can be made from Stainless Steel
The jig can have different sections that clip on to accommodate the different parts
All threads/sizing needs to be metric (except the air inlet supply which is 1/4")
What I will provide:
CAD .step files and drawings are attached for all the current parts to be tested in this jig
Drawings for mating parts and seal sizes that could help with jig design
Regular feedback on your design ideas to come up with a design that I am happy with
What you will need to provide:
CAD files (STEP) and drawings of each part that the jig is made from
CAD file (STEP) and drawing of the complete jig design
Regular progress updates on the design so that I can guide you
Practical design and CAD skills
