English to Japanese PPT Translation

We have a Power Point Presentation in English that needs to be translated into Japanese. The presentation is 7 pages in total (including cover) and includes 1,581 words in total. The presentation is directed at potential investors in a commercial real estate development project in Thailand. Therefore some knowledge of real estate/finance and investment jargon will be helpful.
Once translated, we require the freelancer to also reformat the text so that it fits neatly into the allocated space (obviously Japanese usually takes up less space than English so some reformatting of the text boxes is needed once translated).
Once we have identified a potential winning bidder we can provide them with a copy of the presentation so they can confirm their bid price before moving forward with this project.
