Part 1.
Translate the following websites VIP pages provided below from Chinese to English.

Please note: we are only interested in the VIP requirements and the terms and conditions of being VIP. We are not interested in getting the header and the footer of the pages translated.
As an example: There are 6 sections attached and they relate to the sections of the page that would need to be translated for the first website listed.
We would prefer the translation was provided in Microsoft Word and basically formatted to match each of the sections for that webpage.
i.e. if a section of the webpage has a table, format the word document with a table. If there are 3 columns formatted for another section of the webpage, then format the word document to have 3 columns.
We don't need any diagrams or pictured copied, just the translation of the text and the formatting of the text.

Part 2.
Confirm that the following 4 T-Mall Shops don't have a VIP membership page on T-Mall (not TaoBao VIP) and therefore don't have VIP membership on T-Mall available. If they do have a VIP page provide the link to the VIP Page. (If they do have VIP page and membership they will also need to be translated and the rate of the project will need to be adjusted according.)
