Convert 3d max model to unity 3d

I have several 3d max models and I want to convert them into a unity 3d file to use with a vr headset.
Experience of 3d max, vray and unity 3d is essential, as is texture baking and converting to a format that works with vr headsets on ios and android.
This is an ongoing project, and if a successful conversion can be found there would be regular work in the future.
