Simple Video Editing ( 30 X Hour Long Interviews)

I have a batch of approximately 30 interviews that I need to be edited for an online summit. Each interview is an hour long.
Each video needs:
-Simple jump cut editing to cut out the awkward bits and pauses.
-Adding lower thirds titles at the beginning with both the speaker and host name.
-Adding an intro/outro that I have already created.
I have all the design assets (logo, intro/outro) I just need the editing done by someone who is detailed oriented and fluent in English to know where to cut and splice.
