Print and Video Documentation

We build eight houses and we did videos and pictures during process with camera and drone. Now we want to print a documentation of the process and post a video. The documentation should be around 48 pages in A4 landscape in the same design like the pdf i attached. I can sent over the Indesign file if necessary so the layout and design can easily take over. The video should be around 45 Seconds or maybe longer depending on how good the building process could be shown. To have a clear understanding of how the video could look like at the end, it would be nice if you can give 2/3 examples of existing videos so we can agree on the style of the video.
