i need to find the software needed to run a playlist of video files to be streamed online.
This is for a Public Broadcasting system. We are trying to convert our very old standard video system that relays on tapes to be changed all the time to a fully computerized system. We have all the IT knowledge needed, but just can't seem to find a good MAC software to run out playlist and stream the output on the internet...
We're going to be streaming directly to the cable head end, and to the internet so anyone can watch our network from our web site...
I am looking for bids that will talk to me via skype (or another voice over ip system) to make sure we both understand what is really needed and so that I can ask questions back and forth easily.
This is for a public broadcasting system, so our budget is tiny.. We will buy software if needed, but if there's a freeware option, that's what we will use if possible.
I will release payment once a good and free (or very cheap) software is suggested to us for this. I don't need help setting up the software (at least as part of this bid), buying the software, or anything like that, just the conversation about it and your good recommendation.
You must Speak English VERY well so that we can easily talk to each other.
