Clickable 3d rendering of the human body

**Clickable 3d rendering of the human body (female) that will allow the user to enter the complaint about clicked part of the body. The rendering should be able to be turned to the back - so the user could choose the area to complain of. There should be about 15 clickable body areas. Clicking any of those areas would pull the the text box to enter the complaint. All saved complaints are not editable.

The design should be simple and clean in " apple style" with easy navigation. It should be modern and beautiful. The interface should be on a white background there would be few instructional pictures added on how it works.**
