Excel VBA/ Website Programmer Expert Needed

I am looking for a Excel VBA/Website Programmer. I am mainly looking for an Excel VBA expert to build macros such as, data mapping (columns to columns, populating data), data merging, data scraping builds, custom macros to serve different functions, problem solving, and etc.
Requirement:
- Expert in Excel VBA
(Building custom macros, data mapping, etc.)
- Website Programming
(Data merging, problem solving, database, etc.)
- Availability 3 p.m. - 1 a.m. Pacific US Time Zone
(You'll be working under my employee who is an expert on Excel VBA. My employee and I will be assigning you day-to-day task.)
- Always on Skype
- Must type proper English. I am looking for a freelancer who can speak proper fluent English. I am not interested in an employee without proper chat etiquette.
Note: You must meet all my requirements. I am looking for a professional in all these category, not an amateur. You private message cannot be some copy and paste resume. I am looking for personal writing. Also, please give me an elevator pitch on why I should hire you as one of my long-term full time employee.
Payment Guideline:
I am looking for a long-term employee, and until you can prove to me and my employee then I will increase your pay until you can understand my business model. Put the keyword 'vba' bid and message to prove to me you read the entire project in the bid. Starting pay is $50 USD a week. If you do not agree with my guidelines then do not bid on the project.
