Write a clear and brief business case document for implementing an IBM Proventia IPS GX5108. I will provide the document template which outlines the concepts that need to be elaborated. The information with which you will work is: 1) The solution being analyzed is an IBM Proventia Intrusion Protection System appliance model GX5108 2) You will make a point by addressing a specific and particular business need: protecting (not preventing) against an e-mail spam attack targeted to an open relay within a company. The attack has already been perpetrated, the e-mail system setup was inadequate, spam attack is going on. How could an IBM Proventia IPS be utilized to detect and neutralize (or minimize) the attack. The result will be a Microsoft Office Word document of no more than 4 pages (no need for Cover, Glossary, Index, etc.) of content. No need for graphics or diagrams. You should make extensive use of citing your sources. You should investigate beforehand and rely heavily on official documentation published by IBM. You will cite your sources wherever you mention the system (either its capabilities, features, configurations, etc.) and you will mention with precision which official documentation you based the research on. Name of the document, publishing date, where was it obtained. I am an IT architect with far too many tasks in my hands and I need to delegate many of them before saturation becomes a risk. If you complete this task succesfully I might consider you for further projects that I am thinking to post.
