I need this done today. So only bid if you can work NOW. If I pick you for the project and if you cannot work NOW then I will cancel the project right away.
changes / fixes I need are these:
a. [url removed, login to view] : I want to link this form to the "Apply Now" button.
b. I want to this form to be in the template that I am using for the website.
c. I want the "I Accept all the Terms and Conditions" and the "send" button under the scrollbox (which has terms and conditions)
d. Contact page is too wide I want to fix that and use the same width as all the other pages.
e. I want to remove all the orange lines and empty space from all the pages.
