192445 MSExcel format for Salary Slip

Dear Programmers,

Attaching a excel sheet for Salary Structure (file attached file name [url removed, login to view]) which contains fields such as

1. Name

2. Basic

3. HRA

4. Conv

5. PT

6. PF

7. Esic etc

What i need is that the excel sheet should generate Sal slip according to the reqd field for which attaching a sample copy of Sal slip (file name [url removed, login to view]) .

Pls bid at the earliest and the time frame reqd.
