Employee:
Can search jobs, (Search by title , Job Description , Category, ( zip , City or State with with radius distance around location The Netherlands)
Sort Job Search results by relevance and date
Save job to My Jobs List and email job
Job Alert feature (employee can get e-mails with recent job openings)
Social bookmark Integration
Post resume,
Apply threw website

Add/Edit/Remove jobs
Search Resumes and email those people
Admin
Add Recruitment sites that need to be crawled for job openings
Admin Panel to edit site settings
