Hi
I will be needing a web designer to complete some upcoming design projects for me. im looking for someone who can creae pages like these:

This project is for a backend system, please tell me your per template design rate and in your PM please provide 3 rates, one for each of the following:
a) Template design and slice to html (just template no content).
b) Copying the sliced page 6 times and Add a different submenu to each.
c)Design 7 more pages using the template.
html and psds are to be uploaded to our servers upon completion for viewing and storage.
Please provide links to your 4 best web designs for our reference, something close to the examples above.
Also, we have a huge amount of work upcoming so best rates with highest quality please for long term work.
