vBulletin CMS Skin for Wine website [Elance Escrow Project]

I seek a graphic Designer to create a custom, cohesive (across CMS, Blog, and Board), elegant, & upscale skin for vBulletin 4.x Publishing Suite. This is for a website with Blogs and Forums on “Fine Wine”.

This project includes logo design and a complete skin for vBulletin .

Development server with FTP account / SSH & SCP will be provided for testing.

I will also need an ICON Package for the iPhone, iPad, and iTouch based exactly on the specifications outlined at:

I will also need a a favicon built for the site.

Final payment will be made when skin is applied to Development server, other deliverables are sent in AI, EPS, Fonts, GIF (Transparent and Normal) JPG, and PDF in High and Low resolution.
